LQ-MD 1824 Single Pass Corrugated Inkjet Printer

  LQ-MD 1800 series of Single pass printer is a high speed plateless printer with Epson industrial All-MEMS printhead. With 1800mm feed­ing width, 800mm printing width and unlimited printing length, this series of printer can meet the needs of most printing applications.
  Carton box printer uses four primary color inkjet printing technology which don't need washing machine. One click cleaning system can finish printheads maintenance after each boot up, which not only ensures printing quality, but also effectively extends the service life of the prin­theads.
  Using environmentally friendly water based dye ink with high fluency and bright color, optional pigment咄has strong water resistance, high UV resistance and etc.
  The length and width of the printing work can be set on the touch screen, which can save labour and don't have excessive technical require­ments for the operator.
  Through terse and convenient software control system, operator can complete all the printing process by easily clicking the "start" button.
  The speed of Singlepass high speed printer is up to l.5m/s that can meet the mass production order requirement. The machine adopts all computer control to output the picture with no plates. While keeping a high speed, the full color resolution beyond traditional ink printing makes printing products more exquisite and vivid.
