Introduction

This machine is a high-performance digital label production system integrating high-speed digital inkjet printing, vision-guided laser cutting, and in-line slitting. Featuring a modular design, it seamlessly integrates a high-precision printing module, a laser cutting module, and an automated web handling system, providing a complete one-stop solution from roll material to finished labels.

Printing Module

Equipped with 18 EPSON I3200(8)-A1HD high-performance printheads, the printing module features large-capacity ink tanks and a negative-pressure ink supply system, supporting variable data printing. The dual-servo traction system works in conjunction with tension sensors to maintain stable, constant-tension printing, ensuring high printing accuracy and consistent output quality throughout continuous production. Meanwhile, the infrared heating system enables rapid ink drying, further improving production efficiency.

Laser Cutting Module

The laser cutting module features a 300W RF-excited CO₂ metal laser tube, combined with two sets of 3D dynamic focusing galvanometers and a high-precision vision registration system. It automatically identifies cutting positions based on printed graphics, enabling precise cutting of circular, square, rounded-corner, and various irregular-shaped labels. Combined with an on-the-fly marking motion control system, it delivers efficient and flexible continuous processing to meet diverse customized label production requirements.

The machine also integrates automatic web guiding, constant-tension rewinding, automatic waste matrix removal, in-line slitting, and an optional sheet collection unit. Together with the vacuum suction system and smoke extraction and filtration system, it ensures stable material positioning and smooth processing while helping maintain a cleaner production environment.

By integrating printing, laser cutting, and downstream finishing processes into one system, the machine reduces multiple material transfers and manual intervention associated with traditional production workflows, lowering overall production costs while improving efficiency and product consistency.
