This LQ-MD 603A Wash Label Inkjet Printer is suitable for various wash-resistant inkjet coated substrates (coated tapes, satin tapes, polyester tapes, hemmed tapes, tear-away tapes, cotton tapes, etc.), as well as various colorful woven ribbons for gift packaging. LQ-MD 603A Waterproof Label Inkjet Printer is matched with special wash-resistant CMYK four-color inks. The printing quality can meet the requirements of grade 4 dry and wet rubbing for wash - care labels and AATCC61-2A washing for 10 times.

In addition to printing on narrow-width fabric tapes, this machine is also applicable to various media types such as ordinary paper, synthetic paper, glossy paper, matte paper, and films, meeting users' diversified label demand scenarios.

1.Printing Colors & White Ink Function

The printer supports CMYK color printing. Currently, white ink printing is not available.

2.Printable Material Width & Printing Speed

The printable material width ranges from 25mm to 108mm, with a printing speed of 119mm/s.

3.Printing on Black or Colored Fabrics

Printing on black and other colored fabrics requires further discussion and testing 

4.Ink Consumption & Printing Cost

The average ink consumption is about 1.6ml per square meter, and the estimated printing cost is approximately RMB 0.8 per square meter.

5.Dual Label Printing Capability

Yes, dual-label printing can be achieved through layout design adjustments.

6.Printing Control & Ease of Operation

The printer comes with built-in control software, which is user-friendly and easy to operate.

7.Duplex (Double-Sided) Printing Function

The printer does not support duplex printing. However, double-sided printing can be achieved by printing twice or using two printers in coordination.

The printed labels meet Grade 4 standards for both dry and wet rub tests, and comply with AATCC 61-2A standards for 10 washing cycles.

9.Actual Printing Speed for Wash-Care Labels

The listed 119mm/s refers to the standard Epson printhead speed. In fast mode, the actual printing speed can reach up to 4 meters per minute.

10.Black Ink Density Enhancement

The black density can be increased by adjusting the printer settings.

11.Drying Process & Related Considerations for Different Materials

The printer is equipped with front and rear drying systems. However, similar to traditional wash-care label printing, an oven drying process is still recommended after printing.

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

• After-sales Service

The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
