Introduction

UL-E350S digital spot UV varnishing machine adopts DOD(Drop-On-Demand) inkjet technology. It takes pictures with a camera and prints on the surface of the materials after visual registration and positioning which could easily finalize the spot UV varnishing effect, no need any molds or printing plates 

 

Main Application Range

Business cards, personalized packaging, book covers, greeting cards, magazines, invitations, posters, product drawings, labels, desk calendars, PVC, etc.

 

Main Features

1.High efficient data processing system and stable inkjet printing control system.

Import files→RIP transfer→Add job→Printing→Finish

2.Wide applicable range of printing material, gram weight of print: 80-400 gsm.

3.Dual-cameras image vision registration and positioning system. The image positioning accuracy is ±0.15 mm by adjusting the X/Y/Z axis.

4.High working capacity, short production cycle. In the high speed mode can reach 2500 pcs/hour(A4 Size).

UV varnishing can realize the craftwork of gradient mesh line. Thin lines and hollow-out value up to 0.1 mm, lines are clear and full, strong UV 3D effect when doing hierarchical layer thickness.

Negative pressure and ink supply system built by PLC. Adopts professional detection and control devices, rapid reaction speed, high control precision (± 0.01 KPA), long service life, working range of each parts are clear, ink supply and negative pressure cooperate with each other which can reduce ink supply pressure fluctuation, avoid influence to the continuous printing production.
