CCD Visual Positioning

Positioning is realized by 3 dedicated cameras for higher accuracy. Servo drive ensures precise feeding movement and faster job change-over.

Servo Punching

The punching unit is composed of upper and lower molds. The bottom mold stays stationary, and the upper mold moves up and down under servo-motor control to complete punching, delivering high-speed, precise and low-noise performance.

special card-collecting structure

It achieves automatic connection with the stacking card-collecting unit.

Thanks to the special card-collecting structure, cards with a maximum thickness of 10 mm can be stacked.

Customizable Tooling

After quenching and high-temperature tempering, the tool achieves a hardness of 62-65 HRC with uniformly distributed carbides. It greatly improves wear resistance and chipping resistance, while ultra-low residual stress minimizes the risks of processing deformation and cracking.

The clearance between upper and lower tools is extremely small, delivering precisely punched cards with smooth, burr-free edges.
