Its main content includes the manufacturer, product name, trademark, composition, quality characteristics, use method, packaging quantity, storage precautions, warning signs, other advertising graphic text, etc., which are an indispensable part of modern packaging. A machine that uses adhesives to stick labels on packages or products is called labeling machines.
In the classification of labeling machinery, there are many materials and shapes of labels, and there are many types and varieties of labeling objects, and labeling requirements are also different. In order to meet the labeling requirements under different conditions, there are many types of labeling machines. Different types of labeling machines have differences in the labeling process and the structure of related devices.
There are many classification methods for labeling machines, such as: 1. The basic process of labeling:
1. The label is taken out from the label box by the labeling agency. Mainly to ensure that the number of bids meets the requirements.
2. Label transfer: transfer the label to the labeling component. Usually in the process of bid transfer, printing, gluing and other tasks are completed.
3. Printing code. Print the production date, product batch and other numbers on the label.
4. Glue the adhesive on the back of the label. This work is mainly done by the glue application mechanism.
5. Labeling: Stick the label on the designated position of the container.
6. Rolling and smoothing The label stuck on the surface of the container is rolled and smoothed to make it stick firmly, eliminating wrinkles, warping, rolling and other defects, so that the label is flat, smooth and firm.
Label pasting method: The labeling machine has two types of label pasting methods for packaging containers such as bottles and cans, linear pasting and circular pasting.
Straight-line pasting: refers to the container moving forward and standing upright, and the label coated with adhesive is attached to the designated position of the container.
The labeling process is divided into three states:
1. The container moves forward intermittently, and then pastes the label when it is not moving;
2. Send the label to the predetermined station for pasting during the container movement;
3. Synchronize the moving speed of the label coated with adhesive and the container, and perform tangential paste. The label can be attached to the bottle body, bottle neck, and bottle shoulder simultaneously.
