There's a quiet kind of waste in every label shop: the roll gets printed, then waits for the finisher, then the die-cutter, then slitting, then someone peels the waste by hand. By the time the label is "done," you've touched it four times. The UL-MF330R8U-D from UPG JET is built to close that loop.
It's a UV scanning-type digital label line that prints and finishes in one housing. The upgraded config runs 8× Epson I3200-U1 heads - CMYK + White + Varnish, 500 ml bottles, on paper, self-adhesive stock and flexible packaging film. At 4-pass double-sided, that's 50 m/h (the 4-head version does 30 m/h). Max media 350 mm, roll OD 410 mm. 🖨️✨
Then the finishing starts without moving the roll: hot foil stamping or lamination, in-line die-cutting at ±0.1 mm repeat accuracy, 2–4 cutting heads, standard 4 slitting knives (more if you ask), cutting length 10–300 mm, width up to 330 mm, waste removed automatically. Integrated HMI shows color, speed, cut path and ink use - your operator watches one screen, not four machines.
Footprint is real industrial: 3350×2430×2050 mm, 2500 kg, 4500 W on AC220V 50/60Hz. Files? PDF, AI, CDR, PS, JPG, TIFF, PNG - however the studio sends them.
We quote as suppliers and manufacturers: customized modules, quotation per job mix, discount on first units, free sample labels (freight collect). Buyers Google us on digital label printing and finishing solution, 8-head UV label printer, foil + die-cut one pass, 330mm roll-to-finished-label.
If your roll currently visits three machines before it ships, that's the leak. Send media type, width and monthly meters - we'll say if the 8-head R8U-D pays back faster than your current queue. ☕
