Spent the past few weeks walking a few European & Latin American clients through our full UPG Digital lineup-and honestly, most were surprised we don't just do onething. We cover the whole chain: digital label printing → inline finishing → corrugated box digital printing → post-press embellishment. All under one roof, all backed by UP Group's 20+ years in the print & pack machinery trade. 🤝
What We Bring to the Table:
🔹 Digital Label Printers (Single Pass & Multi Pass)
From short-run custom sticker & care label production to high-speed single-pass washing label printers (yes, the dual-head UL-W68A-PRO many of you asked about 👀), our label machines are built for on-demand, plate-free jobs. CMYK + White + Varnish options available depending on model.
🔹 Digital Corrugated Box Printers
Single-pass water-based inkjet systems with Epson industrial ALL-MEMS printheads. Feeding width up to 1800mm, unlimited print length-perfect for custom packaging samples, short-run cartons & e-commerce box personalization. No plates, click-to-print.
🔹 Digital Embellishment & Finishing Systems
Inline web cleaner + corona treatment + digital inkjet varnish & cold foiling (LQ-MD 330 DS series). Great for turning plain labels or folding cartons into premium, shelf-ready products-spot UV, texture effects, all variable data compatible.
🔹 Digital Cutters / UV DTF / POD Book Printers
Blade die-cutting for adhesive labels (±0.05mm repeat accuracy), UV DTF flatbed printers, and digital book inkjet presses for publishing/POD workflows.
We've partnered with customers in 90+ countries, offer OEM/private label options, on-site or remote training, standard warranty, and work with T/T or L/C at sight. 🌍
If you're looking to upgrade from analog plates to a leaner digital print + finish setup-or just want specs/footage on a specific model-drop me a message. Happy to help you match the right machine to your actual run sizes. 📩
