When the machine is working normally, please use the cleaning solution that matches the ink used to clean and maintain the print head every one week. The cleaning method is: after the work is finished, use a syringe to discharge the remaining ink in the nozzle, and then quickly inject the corresponding cleaning solution into the nozzle to spray the cleaning solution in a waterfall form from the nozzle hole.

When the machine is not in use for seven to twenty days, it is recommended that you clean the ink in the print head, and then inject cleaning solution, put a piece of non-woven fabric soaked in cleaning liquid in the safety film or moisturizing tray, and then wrap the print head.

When the machine is not in use for a long time, it is recommended to inject 15ml of cleaning solution into each nozzle from the cleaning solution connector every 20-30 days to keep the nozzle holes moist.

After turning on the machine every day, you must wait for the temperature of the nozzle to reach the set temperature to press the ink and clean the nozzle. After cleaning, it is still easy lacking the ink when printing. If there are air bubbles after cleaning, the nozzle should be exhausted.

Check every day whether there is ink hanging on the bottom plate of the nozzle. If there is any ink, it must be wiped clean in time to avoid ink dripping and staining the screen. When the ink needs to be pressed during the work process, the time for pressing the ink should not be too long (the value displayed by the negative pressure gauge should not exceed the set value As the standard, when the negative pressure gauge shows "--", the ink must be stopped. When wiping the nozzle, wipe it gently in one direction with a non-woven cloth, and do not wipe it back and forth)
