2. There is resistance in the retracting and unwinding system. If the resistance of the retractable paper system is too large, it will affect the paper feeding speed. The paper feeding speed is inconsistent with the printing speed, which will cause the generation of dark and shallow channels, so ensure that the retractable paper system is normal.
3. The trolley frame is not fastened tightly (the trolley will shake when it is running). The trolley carries the print head of the printing machine. If there is a problem with the trolley frame, it will inevitably cause the ink jet trajectory of the print head to be abnormal.
4. Check whether the ink path is blocked or the ink is not flowing smoothly. If the nozzle is clogged, the printed color will be uneven, and it will also cause shades. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the nozzle is in a good printing state and the ink supply system will not be clogged.
5. The stepper motor is not installed in place. The operation of the stepper motor controls the speed of paper feeding. If the stepper motor is not installed in place, it will also cause abnormal paper feeding speed. The belt that the stepper motor drives the paper cannot be too loose or too tight.
6. The servo motor is not installed in place. The servo motor controls the operation of the trolley. If it is not installed in place, it will inevitably cause the trolley to run abnormally and print problems.
7. Consumables, including printing materials and ink. Some media have uneven texture and unbalanced ink absorption, which will cause deep and shallow channels; bad ink will easily cause blockage of the ink supply system and nozzles, and printing will cause deep and shallow channels. At this time, you can check whether it is by replacing consumables. It is a matter of materials.
