There are three main reasons for the oblique spray of the nozzle of the digital printing machine. One is that the distance between the nozzle and the printing medium is too far, the second is that the static electricity between the nozzle and the material is too large, and the third is that the nozzle is clogged.

1. The distance between the nozzle and the material is too far

If the nozzle is too far away from the printing medium, the nozzle power is insufficient, and the ink cannot be sprayed to the specified position well, which will easily cause the problem of nozzle oblique spray. Solution: Adjust the height of the print head so that the distance between the print head and the printing medium cannot be too far.

2. There is too much static between the nozzle and the material

Friction is the root cause of static electricity. In the normal working process of a digital printing machine, it is inevitable that various parts will rub against each other to generate static electricity, and the print head is no exception. At this time, some measures need to be taken to reduce the generation of static electricity, such as appropriately increasing the humidity of the printing work environment and keeping the humidity value in the range of 35%-65%. Secondly, do not choose ink with too high viscosity, and finally connect the digital printing. The ground wire of the machine.

3. The nozzle is blocked

The clogged nozzle of a digital printing machine can cause many printing problems, and oblique jet is one of them. To prevent the nozzles of digital printing machines from clogging, firstly select high-quality original inks; secondly, move the carriage back to the ink stack after finishing the printing work; finally, the nozzles must be regularly cleaned and maintained by pumping ink.
