Fault 1. The effect of UV printer printing pattern is poor

solution:

This is due to the improper height of the nozzle, the excessive distance between the nozzle and the material, resulting in inaccurate inkjet drop point, strong airflow affecting the accuracy of inkjet drop point, poor ink absorption ability of the material, and the nozzle is not calibrated. At this time, you can try to reduce the height of the nozzle, prevent the fan or air conditioner from blowing directly to the work area, avoid strong airflow in the workplace, change the material, and recalibrate the nozzle.

 

Fault 2. The step test function is faulty

solution:

Firstly, ensure that the voltage of the interface board remains stable at the conventional value, adjust the 36V voltage of the stepper driver to maintain stability, and connect the pulse signal line correctly.


Fault 3. Single or multiple nozzles of the UV printer cannot perform normal inkjet work

solution:

First squeeze ink and clean the nozzle, and then test and check the nozzle. If there is still a single nozzle that does not eject ink normally, please check whether there is any fault in the small nozzle board. If multiple or all nozzles still cannot perform normal inkjet work, please check and replace the color separation board.


Fault 4. The UV printer cannot perform precise positioning and makes mistakes frequently

solution:

Check whether the 15-core wire and the interface card are damaged, and replace them in time.

 

Fault 5: Frequent faults happen during inkjet printing work, such as sudden stop of work, wrong positioning, uncontrolled ink output, etc.

solution:

Please reinstall or replace the PCI card, check the connection and damage of 37 cores and 68 cores, and reconnect or replace parts in time.

Fault 6: The front of the car collides with the inkjet material

solution:

Stop quickly, readjust and calculate the appropriate height of the front of the car, turn on the anti-collision device of the front of the car, move the front of the car to the initial position, close the operating software, turn off the UV printer and connect to the computer, and then turn it on again after a while.

 

Fault 7: UV printer garbled characters, irregular spraying on the screen

solution:

Arranging nozzles can test individual nozzles one by one, troubleshoot nozzles, replace data cables (printhead data cables or nozzle board data cables), replace trolley boards/optical fibers/PCI cards, and reload the screen for processing.

 

Fault 8: The machine cannot receive data and respond normally when it is connected to the computer

Solution:

Reinstall or replace the PCI card and interface board. After reinstalling, restart the UV printer and computer to perform data transmission operation detection again.

 

Fault 9: The UV printer prints a fixed place and the ink is not normal
Solution: Change the screen, change the spraying position, test the printing effect of different screens in different positions, if other screens are normal, it proves that there is a problem with the sub-screen processing; if all the screens have problems with ink output at this place, check the grating strip ; If there is still abnormal inkjet at a certain position after changing the screen, check the nozzle board. Reload the screen for RIP processing, clean or replace the grating strips, and replace the nozzle plate.

Fault 10: The nozzle of the UV printer runs unevenly

Solution: If part of the ejection screen is clear and part is blurred, and the accuracy of inkjet positioning at each position is different, it should be that the level of the guide rail beam has not been adjusted, and the beam needs to be readjusted.
